"Please don’t choose this hotel, the terrible service, the property very old and the staff was not friendly. When I ask for early check out, I told receptionist already in the morning , then after they change the other staff, they just very rude told me they don’t know ? Never heard? I need to call Expedia customer service. Also 1:30 PM they told me if Expedia not send email to this hotel before 2:00 PM.
