Very bad from the hotel and Hotels.com
"One of the worst hotels I stayed in. I’m not sure how this hotel is 5 stars. Loads mosquitoes, dirty and also not convenient. I booked 2 nights but due to personal reasons I had to cancel one night and the reception agreed to refund me back. When I checked out, after 3 days, there was no response ..."
