"Nice resort in Gaibandha, Rangpur. This was my first trip in Gaibandha to see family and this resort-was decent. The positives are : 1. Lake view 2. Greenery 3. Cleanliness Negatives 1. Loud music playing around the resort from 6 am daily which caused me to wake up. 2. Service in the restaurant could be better. 3. Food selection should include more cuisines. 4. Ongoing construction during our stay. Overall a decent place in Gaibandha. "

Very bad from the hotel and Hotels.com

"One of the worst hotels I stayed in. I’m not sure how this hotel is 5 stars. Loads mosquitoes, dirty and also not convenient. I booked 2 nights but due to personal reasons I had to cancel one night and the reception agreed to refund me back. When I checked out, after 3 days, there was no response from the hotel. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund me. Partial mistake is also from Hotels.com which have me bad services and the staff seemed not to know what they doing. I won’t be booking through hotels.com anymore due to poor service and unprofessional approach to the situation."
