The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very easy to find dining options and shopping options around the property. It was also very easy to pick up transport to the rest of the city and fairly close to the BOG airport. I also really appreciated all of the amenities in the room. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend anyone from the USA. Checked in, headed to the room. It was small cozy. I liked the walk in-shower. Room was still warm. I then went down to see if they have any rooms with ac, but they did not have any rooms with central air. I gave up my room key and couldn’t stay there. It was too hot. I was not refunded or anything. I asked to cancel my reservation. Receptionist was no help or was concerned. I would not recommend this hotel. They were also remodeling the floor they placed me in… They did not refund me or contact me back to resolve my issue.
