We had to check out early, after 2 nights out of 7 because the smell was so bad and it was so cold. We tried looking for other rooms but the entire hotel was the same.
I contacted Hotels.com for support, but neither myself or Hotels.com were able to reach the hotel for a refund for the remaining nights.
I really didn't like this property at all. The rooms were not updated and had dirty carpeting. The TV was not working in about 4 rooms that they were going to put me in after having issues with the light bulb flickering constantly in the 1st room assigned to me. There wasn't much of a breakfast. There was no mini fridge in the room or any other room because it was driving the electricity bill up. In other words they have the hotel operating at a bare minimum just to get the money from people that rent a room there, but they don't want to fix and update the rooms. Then why have a hotel? This hotel should be closed down.
