We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The facilities are top-notch. Great room, well appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. Despite that we had a great stay and would higly recommend.

Great location, very nice staff at the bar and the reception, servers in the restaurant at breakfast can be more attentive you need to go them to order a cappuccino or eggs, they don’t come to you to offer anything. The room service was excellent.

I enjoyed my short stay at BOG with an early morning wellness circuit -gym, swimming & massage- The gym has the essential equipment; the rooftop pool is warm with a nice view; the ambiance of the spa is calming. I had a great deep tissue sport massage -it was amazing spite of an uncomfortable sturdy massage table- That would be my only complaint! The staff is over the top!! Prime location for going for an early morning on the El Virrey trail. Great location for shopping and dinning.

Incredible hotel! The staff was the best and super friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing, even if the weather is not prime, the terrace is equipped with heaters. Awesome shower too! Close enough to Zona T and Parque de la 93 to walk everywhere, but just far enough to not be bothered by traffic or city noise during evenings.
