We spent 4 nights in Bogota in a superior room with a large outdoor patio. The room was great, spacious enough, a nice large bed and TV. A writing desk as well as a small chair. The shower was adorned in gold painted tiles and very comfortable. This room is best for couples however, as the toilet/water closet area provides very little privacy. For me and my wife it was no issue. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The included breakfast was also very good. The location is excellent as you are far away enough from Zona T bars and restaurants so that you don't hear the loud music at night, but close enough to walk to whenever you want. The rooms were always kept clean with the daily cleaning. This would definitely be my go to hotel when I plan to go back to Bogota.

I booked three days, especially to enjoy the roof terrace and pool. Two of those days the roof terrace was rented out for a private event. Since my room was directly below the roof terrace, I also got the thumping of the music. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The facilities are top-notch. The spa is a sanctuary of relaxation, and the pool area is beautifully maintained, perfect for unwinding. With such great amenities and attention to detail, this hotel offers a truly premium experience. Highly recommended!

Great room, well appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. Despite that we had a great stay and would higly recommend.
