"I have wanted to visit this resort for a few years I finally decided to just book the trip. I am so glad I did. I had a wonderful weekend. The waterpark is especially my favorite. The room was cozy and clean. The service was wonderful, Ricky, the waiter at Cibolo Recommended that we go visit the farmers market at the Pearl and he was on point. The area is away from the city yet close enough to get to if needed. We got to see a Doe and her baby. There is lots of wildlife in the area, which is really nice as well as walking trails. I highly recommend this resort! "

"While the property is aging there was people working on it the 2 days we were there. A storm had taken down a very large tree and they had it gone quickly. Others were caulking windows and replacing A/C unit. Would be nice to have charging stations next to the bed. I wish there was ice available in the dining area. It had rained a lot during the morning and the ice machine nearest our room had a very large water puddle in front of it making it impossible to get ice without wading in 2-3 inches of water. "

Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year. Definitely recommend this place someone that is flying in to the San Antonio international airport. "
