Do you dream of idyllic, quiet beaches and romantic sunsets by the sea?   Then relax in our stylishly furnished apartment only 50m from the Baltic Sea, nestled in the newly emerged villas resort Ostseestrand Börgerende.   Lovingly selected furniture and beautiful fabrics will give your holiday something special. Let the evenings end with a glass of wine on the large balcony, which has been decorated with Bangkirai flooring and fine wooden furniture. Our high-quality light-flooded and sun-drenched 2-room holiday apartment invites you to enjoy the cozy and cozy living atmosphere.   Not only in the summer you can spend your bathing holiday here. In autumn and winter, you can also recharge your batteries, explore the nature reserve, go cycling and much more.   The welcoming living area welcomes you with a comfortable couch, which can be transformed into a comfortable sleeping couch. There is a large HD TV with DVD system, radio and CD. A chic little open kitchen with all the trimmings is just waiting to prepare delicious meals, because here you will find everything you need. Like the living room, the bedroom with its spacious 1.80 double bed has its own balcony access. So you can already enjoy the morning sun. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality Grohe fittings and an exclusive floor-to-ceiling shower. Other amenities such as hair dryer, etc. are available for free.   The 50 sqm 2-room apartment with balcony is located in the 2nd floor. First floor with elevator.   Details in brief: living room with sofa bed, 1 armchair and couch table, dining table with 4 leather chairs, large flat screen cable TV, radio with CD, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, microwave, 4 plates -Herd (Ceran) with oven. 1 bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, parquet flooring, the car park (free of charge) is located in the TG and can be used at your own risk free of charge. Also a lockable bicycle storage room is located in the TG object, which can be reached by Carlift.   For the 3. Person (6 years and over) is charged an extra charge of 10.00 € / night. Bed linen, children's bed and high chair chargeable.   Secure your claim to one of the sought-after beach chairs and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).

To your apartment belongs an underground parking space. Please note the clearance height of max. 1,90m.
If the maximum clearance is exceeded, it is possible to switch to a paid parking in the immediate vicinity.  
 

Villa Strandvogt enjoys a unique location in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Börgerende and its architecture with elements of the classic bathroom architecture. The individually furnished apartments in the 2013 completed Villa Strandvogt have balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. For excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities the Villa Strandvogt is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and to find peace and relaxation. To the apartment belongs an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Wir haben schon einige Ferienwohnungen in Börgerende gebucht, dies war ok.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber Stühle und Betten durchgesessen bzw durchgelegen. Geschirr zu wenig, Kein ausreichender Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer. Ausbaufähig mit Potenzial.
