There is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.   The lovingly furnished 3-room apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a living-dining room with an open plan kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a balcony with balcony furniture and a sun umbrella in south-west orientation. You can park directly in front of the object House Baltic Cube on the apartment belonging to the car parking space No. 6, also has its own bicycle storage room. In the bright and tastefully furnished living room invite a cozy corner couch with matching chair as well as a large dining table, which sleeps four people comfortably.   There is also an LED TV, a DVD player and a small stereo system.
