Welcome to the "Julchen"!

Why is this apartment called Julchen, you are sure to ask yourself? Julchen was my husband's first great love. Funny to call the flat like that, now think of it. Rest assured, we are happily married. Curious?

Apartment description:

�� This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Your holiday address offers with 3 rooms on its 58 m² space for max. 4 people. The open plan living area is modern and furnished in a timelessly maritime style. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed incl. Armchairs and stools, a coffee table and a large dining table with 5 chairs. The large dining table offers you the right space for the perfect dinner or a full breakfast. Attached to it is the fully equipped kitchen, in which you will miss nothing. Also a freezer and oven are included. Both bedrooms are equipped so that you will find a good night's sleep. Cabinets offer you enough storage space for the luggage. Both rooms are quietly located to the rear. This apartment has a total of 3 TVs. (Living room, large bedroom, small bedroom). Free Wi-Fi is available in your apartment.

The bathroom with window is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large vanity, a hair dryer and a wall mirror. The underfloor heating, tasteful accessories, some books and board games and an attention to detail designed device create a special atmosphere, which you can enjoy in every season. Here you can forget the rain sometimes.

The terrace is spacious, here you can spend comfortable hours with up to 5 people. The surrounding garden area can be used with.   The car parking space no .: 02 is available for free in front of the house. Please understand that this apartment is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Additional services: Linen sets, highchair and travel cot are subject to a charge.

Your holiday address "Haus Seegras" is located only 300 m from the Baltic Sea. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and the Baltic Sea beach is only 5 minutes walk. The quiet and attractive new building preserves the original character of the beautiful Mecklenburg fishing and farming village. On a quiet and romantic beach you will find a beach section with excellent water quality. The beach of Börgerende is subdivided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at your expense. Nature lovers will know Börgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk through the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a drive to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting and relaxing stay.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Gelungener Ostseeurlaub.

Insgesamt ein wundervoller, erholsamer Urlaub an der Ostsee. Die Fewo liegt in Strandnähe und ist ruhig und freundlich gelegen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Lediglich landestypische Restaurants fehlen.
