Time out on the Baltic Sea - welcome to a cozy holiday apartment in Börgerende only approx. 200m from the beach and far away from mass tourism.

High-quality, completely barrier-free apartment with terrace invites up to 4 people to relax.
The ground floor apartment has a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and another bedroom. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay in the entire area of the apartment and on cold days it receives support from the stove, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere.
Of course, television and radio reception is provided.
A free parking space is in front of the house.
Chairs and a table are available for breakfast on the terrace.
Children's travel bed and a high chair are available for the smallest guests.

Börgerende offers the charm of a small Baltic Sea idyll and yet you hardly have to do without anything. There is a cafe nearby, the ice bar and several restaurants, a mini golf course, bike rental and the equestrian center are within walking distance.
They like to cook, everything included. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine are on site.

For the long walks it is advisable to walk east to Nienhagen through the Gespennsterwald. Refreshments are available. On the beach to the west you get to Bad Heiligendamm and with a bit of perseverance to Kühlungsborn. However, it is better with the bike, which can be rented on site. Börgerende is located directly on the Convent Lake, which is a protected area.
If you like to be under steam and want to take the train, the narrow-gauge railway "Molli" is recommended. This runs between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan with the mighty Münster as a destination. The proximity to the Ostseepark and the Hanseatic city of Rostock is ideal for a stroll through the city harbor followed by a shopping tour. We continue towards Mönchshagen in Karls Erlebnisdorf - an experience for the whole family!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super, der Weg zum Wasser ist sehr kurz, auch wenn der Strand Recht viele Steine hat, ist dieser gut gelegen und nicht zu sehr überlaufen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und gepflegt, ringsherum ist Recht viel Wiese, auf der man mit dem Zwerg Fussball Spiel spielen kann

Die Umgebung entschädigt für Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr bunt gewürfelt. Geschirr vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Boden klebrig. Matratze sind schmutzig und durchgelegen. Wasserkocher defekt. Und und und… Terrasse ungepflegt sowie das Mobiliar. Wer gern am Abend auf Terrasse sitzt, ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Durch die fehlende Abtrennung zwischen den Terrassen und fehlender Begrünung, können weiterer Urlauber bis auf den Teller schauen. Privatsphäre ausgeschlossen. Wir fahren nicht wieder in diese Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist toll. Super Radwege und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Toller Imbisstand direkt an der Ostsee.

Toller Ostseeurlaub!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns einen Bollerwagen ausgeliehen, um alles entspannt an den Strand zu transportieren. Einzige Minuspunkte sind die fehlenden Fliegengitter und Rollos. Dies ist mit Kleinkindern etwas schwierig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!!!

Lage top/ Sauberkeit 🙄

Die Lage ist top, die Ausstattung ist auch super aber die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, Töpfe war verkalkt und dreckig, beim Besteck das selbe und hier und da wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht was sehr schade ist da die Wohnung wirklich gutes potenzial hat.

Sauberkeit war mangelhaft

Wir haben gesehen, was man normalerweise nicht sieht. Da wir Bettwäsche mitgenommen haben, haben wir auch das Bettzeug gesehen. Es war grenzwertig, scheinbar wurde es noch nie gewaschen. Es war mit sehr vielen gelben Flecken behaftet und Blutflecke waren auch drin. Mein Enkel klagte seit dem nächsten Tag schon über Übelkeit und hat sich auch übergeben. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Wenn man die Wohnung mit bezogenen Bettzeug übernimmt, dann ist auch alles perfekt. Man sieht zum Glück nicht das Bettzeug.

Es war alles sehr zufriedenstellend, die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister sehr gut, nur die Fliesen im Bad waren sehr rutschig, da würde ich es besser finden etwas rutschhemmendes vor die Duschkabine zu legen, ansonsten gerne wieder

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für eine Nacht gebucht weil wir am Sonntag zu nem Fußballspiel in Rostock waren. Sie war wirklich top eingerichtet und sauber. Es war ja fast schade, dass wir wieder so schnell abreisen mussten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat alles super geklappt. Einen Stern ziehe ich (eigentlich schweren Herzens) ab, weil etwas wenig Besteck zur Verfügung stand und wir keine Geschirrtücher hatten. Aber sonst war alles gut. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😀

Kleinigkeiten

Generell ist das Haus wirklich sehr schön, aber es sind so Kleinigkeiten.... Die Fenster waren leider sehr dreckig. Die Fußmatten können seit Monaten nicht Mal ausgeschüttelt worden sein. Der Mülleimer im Bad wurde nicht geleert geschweige denn gesäuber, obwohl wir dem Hausmeister davon berichtet hatten. Ebenso der Deckel des Mülleimers. Für ein Reinigungsgeld, was man zahlen muss, hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Ein weiteres Manko ist das fehlende Fliegengitter im "Kinderzimmer" leider wurde ich mehrmals nachts gestochen. Das andere Zimmer hat ein Fliegengitter.... Und man könnte das Geschirr etwas aufstocken z.B um vier Eierbecher. Eine Nachttischlampe war ebenfalls kaputt, was aber schon bekannt war, laut Aussage des Hausmeisters. Und die Toilette riecht etwas. Da könnte man Mal über einen WC Stein nachdenken. Es sind alles so Kleinigkeiten gewesen....

Umgebung und Strand waren wunderschön, absolut top. Ruhige Umgebung, viele Spielplätze - ideal für Kinder. An der Wohnung kann einiges verbessert werden, fängt zb bei den agbenutzten Duschvorhängen an. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie man es erwartet hätte.

Entspanung und Erholung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Eine super lage man kann dort sehr schön entspannen und erreicht von dort aus viele Orte wo man hin möchte.wir würden jeder zeit wieder dort hinfahren.

Super Urlaub in Strandnähe

Der Urlaub in Börgerende hat uns sehr gefallen. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann nachts das Wellenrauschen von den Schlafzimmern aus hören. In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, Restaurants und ein Eiscafé. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir alles ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Hausmeisterservice lief ohne Probleme. Anfragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Vor den Ameisen konnten wir uns kaum retten. Wir mussten alles Essbare in den Kühlschrank tun und schön wären Rollos zum abdunkeln. Kinder stehen sonst auf, wenn es hell wird.

Viel Potential mit wenig Aufwand zu heben

Allgemein Grundsätzlich ok, wir haben für den gleichen Preis bereits wesentlich komfortablere Unterkünfte gehabt. Schlafzimmer Liebe Gastgeber, hier besteht dringend Nachbesserungsbedarf, dünne 89€ Ikea Schaumstoffmatratzen sind unserer Meinung nach absolut ungeeignet. Wir hatten bei 1,90m Körpergröße und 85kg Körpergewicht leider jede Nacht erhebliche Rückenschmerzen obwohl durch zahlreiche Dienstreisen unterschiedliche Betttypen gewöhnt. Badezimmer Zwar schön gefliest, aber… Warum wird das WC mit einer runden Plastikbrille aus dem Baumarkt ausgestattet, die das gesamte WC um rund 10cm schrumpfen lässt anstelle einer passenden?! Ein WC Rollenhalter wäre wünschenswert… ebenso eine feste Duschabtrennung statt des mit Klemmstange befestigten Duschvorhangs, der einen Hang dazu hat, am Körper zu kleben. Küche: Lässt kaum etwas vermissen. Leider harmonisieren Teller und Geschirrspüler nicht… Die Teller sind so hoch, dass sie kaum in den Spüler passen und sich die Rotoren für den Glaskorb nicht mehr drehen… Wohnzimmer/Außen: Dass die Tür offenbar seit längerem nicht richtig schließt, haben wir dem Hausmeister mitgeteilt, ebenso den Ameisenbefall. Es gab nur 3 Auflagen bei 4 Stühlen. Eine Abtrennung zur Nachbarterrasse wäre wünschenswert. Warum von 2 völlig verrosteten Wandlampen nur eine ausgetauscht wird und von der anderen der Rost weiter an der gelben Wand herunterläuft, erschließt sich mir nicht… Schön sind die Grünflächen zum Toben rund ums Haus.
