"This is a shabby, dirty, and rundown hostel. Their website pictures must be photoshopped. Don't stay here if you can afford anything better. We were shocked as the pictures portrayed it in such better condition. Dirty bathroom, uneven dark halls with sheets hung across for a door. As well, the owner promised us a parking spot (two weeks prior in exchanged emails) for 10 euros and when we arrived, there wasn't any available and we were told our car would be towed. It was too late then for us...

"Sehr schöne Gegend, Haus befindet sich am Rand des Waldes. GastgeberInnen sind sehr nett und freundlich. Bett ist äußerst weich und bequem. Es hat ständig geregnet, sonst hätte ich mein Fahrrad mitgebracht, weil die Gegend fürs Rennrad fahren ausgezeichnet ist. Höchstens empfohlen. "

"Villa is beautifully situated amongst the pine trees in a quaint town. The bed rooms, dining area, sitting room have a marvelous view of snow mountains. The owner of the Villa Werner was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast with fresh fruits, home made jams, local cheese, freshly baked bread and freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. I would highly recommend this villa with marble floors and brass banisters - to guests who love nature."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and I wish I could have stayed longer. I was on the 3rd floor and my room has a skylight which is exciting for me because that is something that I don't normally get from other hotels. "Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war blitzeblank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Bett war bequem und man konnte gut darin schlafen. Selbst Toilettenpapier und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Wohnung ist genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Können diese ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. "Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. Thank you so much to everyone that made this stay so special for us."
