"This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22."

"The property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, light and airy. Everything we needed and more. The property location was natural and beautiful. Lots of space to wander and enjoy. Many benches located around the grounds for relaxing and enjoying the peacefulness and beauty too. The owners were very helpful and nothing was any trouble. We sampled and appreciated the home made foods and treats and would highly recommend them. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future."

"Second stay in thIs lovely, cosy cottage. Well equipped - could do with a couple of decent sized wine glasses - and very comfortable. Spotless on arrival with all towels and linen provided. A Cornish cream tea awaited us which was a welcome touch! Roderick and his family were really accommodating and helpful, keeping us well stocked with fresh eggs! Even when there was an unavoidable issue with the water supply, Roderick was onto it straight away and we couldn’t have asked for more assistance....

"This was our second stay at the Coach House and John is an excellent host. The property was immaculate and the lovely scones, jam and cream on arrival were a lovely touch.
