"Pictures do not reflect the hotel set up. The spa was not functioning, broken spa pool was half functioning, sauna was broken and steam room you couldn't break a sweat. Asked for a refund but was declined so we left."

Check-in was straight forward if you follow the preregistration guidelines. We stayed in a Limehouse just prior to Haro and love their setup, they think of everything.
