Newburgh Inn

"Visited this hotel three different times now and three different owners, Everything was clean, staff amazing only let down from a visitors side is I would have liked to have booked the breakfast for myself and my family who I was in the village to visit but this is not allowed, which meant we all had to go elsewhere. But other than this I would definitely stay again."

"My second visit here was just as brilliant as the first visit, a different room this time but just as nice, with excellent views over the sea and harbour. A friendly welcome on my arrival and a spotless, very spacious room. The whole property looks like it’s been fully renovated recently and their attention to detail is excellent, nice fluffy towels, quality bedding, really nice decor all make the room feel very comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll be back again when I’m next in the area."

The Den at the Harbour

The Den at the Harbour

10/10 Excellent
"This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days to visit family and friends in NE Scotland. Very well appointed home, two lovely bedrooms with incredible views (see attached photos with the rainbow and the evening photo - these were taken through the windows); a living room overlooking the North Sea; a full kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and full cooker/range. Lots of hot water, heating in every room (a must in the NE of Scotland), comfy beds, hangers in the closets (Yes! Thank you!) and a nice bathroom plus half bath. Area was very safe, we had the best time at the harbor chatting with the harbor master, a local kayaker and then a lobster man. Super friendly people! Great Aldi super store within a few minutes with nice produce and really good prepared food. Really we couldn’t have asked for more. Our hosts were super responsive and very easy to deal with, I will definitely use this home or any other home hosted by Megan for our trips back home to the NE."

Lost Guest House Peterhead

Lost Guest House Peterhead

8/10 Good
"I had no idea what to expect after paying roughly £35. Insanely fast WiFi, comfortable bed, very quiet. The only thing I wished that they had was access to a larger sink to fill my water up with before I left in the morning, but overall a great stay and I would happily return."
