"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"We had problems with VRBO communication and hope not to use them in the future. That is not related to this property which was good.problem: the weather was good, no need for A/C but the bed has a synthetic (plastic?) mattress cover so very uncomfortable. The sound proofing isn't good but to be expected in an old building. The washing machine had a 40 min cycle and was great. extra stuff was good, ex the clothes drying hanger, the sponges etc. The towels felt like they too were from the...
