"My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. "This is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Stefano's house is perfectly situated on the beautiful Lake Lugano set within huge gardens with access to the lake which was fantastic. He has kayaks, canoes , mountain bikes to use free of charge, we did not want to leave. The house is comfortable and homely and is near to Pella. "We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. "We are just back from a wonderful week at Chocolat in Omegna. Marco and Anna are wonderful hosts and help in whatever question you have, thanks. We also loved having the company of the two dogs and the two cats, especially little Marley! This is the perfect place for an extraordinary week on and in the water (they provide SUP's, kayak and a pedal boat and you can even rent their boat for a day) and also visiting nice little Italian towns and markets in the area.
