The owner and his mother live in adjoining properties so they're very responsive if anything is needed. His mother was AMAZING with our daughter with special needs!"

"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

Unico problema un po' umido, considerando l'ottimo livello di ristrutturazione direi che il prossimo passagio è installare un unità di condizionatore/deumidificatore automatico, ne esistono anche con auto spegnimento per salvare energia/consumi quando viene aperta a finestra o la porta.
