The location is brilliant, close to the hustle of Englewood beach and a skip from the nature/splendor of Stump Pass, with bikes SUPs and kyacks to get you from one spot to another. The home owners were exceptionally responsive and the space was so thoughtfully equipped from beach gear to the finer details like travel size shampoos and extras. Most impressive to the foodie-the kitchen utilities were top notch, knives were sharp, quality pots and pans...

"This place was just renovated so everything was new and pristine. While it’s not directly on the beach it’s a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearly across the street. We brought our bikes and adventured around the island. Saw lots of shells and dolphins. Thank you."

"We did not even stay at this property thanks to the host. We were about an hour away from the property when the host finally contacted us to let us know he double booked. He tried blaming VRBO stating that he tried contacting them. We ended up having to get a hotel room in which we then contacted VRBO and had no problem getting in touch with them and no problem getting a hold of them."

"This place was just what we needed to relax and unwind. We had breakfast on the porch every morning and drinks in the evenings as we watched the sun go down. Moochie came to visit a couple of times. We also saw him on the beach hanging out with the fishermen. The water was warm and perfect for swimming. There was a light breeze making it just right to sit on the beach and soak in the sun. We also took advantage of the provided information and supplies and tried our hand at shark tooth...

"This property has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. French doors in multiple rooms to screened in porches brought in ocean breezes and sounds of the island. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, shelling, bird watching, dolphin sightings and seeing some spectacular sunsets."

"The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front."
