"We enjoyed staying at the Aldeia. The small children had a great time running around and swimming in the pool.
The adults enjoyed the quiet surroundings.
The property is well run by the staff, especially Hannah who was available to provide what we needed. It will be great when the restaurant and gym are restarted.
There are some excellent beaches and restaurants a short drive away."

"This is a great place. The rooms were clean, the neighborhood quiet but walking distance to the walled city and the historical downtown. Having breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was delightful. The staff was fantastic. Rosa and her colleague went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine.
