"The staff at check in was very nice. She was efficient and friendly. Was able to give us recommendations. Breakfast was nice. Some additional GF items would be nice. The room was nice. A few dings they are expected. The gym was small but appreciated. Did not use the pool."

There's a lot of empty space in eastern Oregon. Boardman was a pleasant place to take a break. It's a tiny town and not near any of the bridges iver the Columbia but it felt safer than other communities we drove through on the way.

We were passing through, but given more time we would eat at the cute pizza place within walking distance, and spend more time walking on the shoreline.
