"The showers are a real issue, they are dangerous to hop in and out of and the water is not hot, not to mention the flooding of the bathroom evertime you took a shower.
When i complained about the shower, nothing was done about it, i was told that it was a design issue and nothing could be done about it.
The staff while friendly enough wernt that helpful and in some cases not very knowledgeable.
The breakfast was unimpressive with one buffet one morning, which was cold. No buffets the other 7 days.
Elevator is an issue with no ground floor access.
The swimming pool was nice and the area around the pool area was clean.
Overall, quite a few issues and even wih the great location and the new look of the Hotel i probably wouldnt stay there again"
