"We enjoyed our stay Immensely. We were there for a week and Lisa was very attentive to our needs! The beds were extremely comfortable and the space itself quite large and well kept! Even the welcoming bottle of rose was great!🍷 The full kitchen with cooktop, stove and microwave came with full plates & cutlery so we made dinner some nights. Washer & dryer & dishwasher were also most appreciated. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Lyon!"

It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. "The property is located in a quiet street close to cafes, brasseries, small shops and supermarket. Only a few blocks from Lumiere Musee and metro station which was perfect to be at interesting attractions in a few minutes. This is a small studio with everything needed for my full week at Lyon. The communication with concierge was easy and fast. There were two people to assist and always quick to get back with answers and very efficient. I would recommended to anyone looking for a place well...

"Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

"Merci pour votre accueil, la propreté du logement, le confort… Ancienne grange rénovée, dans un petit village tranquille, avec un propriétaire très agréable qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a parfois aidé pour les transports. Hauteville pas loin en voiture, pour faire des courses et des randos. N’ayant pas de voiture nous avons souvent eu recours à AlloBus pour y aller (2€ le trajet, fonctionne comme un Uber, vient nous chercher à domicile mais penser à réserver car forte demande)....

"We enjoyed 3 nights in the apartment as our base for exploring Lyon.The apartment had everything we needed and was conveniently located near a small supermarket, a tram and metro station, and some local restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful especially when we encountered some issues external to the apartment. A great place away from the noise of the central area."

"My friend and I stayed for nights as a launching place for our visits around Lyon and Beaujolais. The apartment has an eclectic charm. We loved the furnishings and antiques in our house and the gardens. Xavier couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer. The only downside was the traffic on the Main Street in front can get a bit noisy while sleeping. Overall it was a wonderful experience."
