É um ótimo hotel, super organizado e limpo, quarto muito bom e confortável, também estava impecável de limpo. No geral, os atendentes da recepção são muito atenciosos e queridos, assim como as moças da limpeza também, meu único ponto negativo seria ao senhor (que acredito ser responsável pelo café da manhã/restaurante), este é um poço de arrogância infelizmente, enquanto tomávamos café da manhã tivemos que escutar que não tínhamos o direito de estar consumindo o café da manhã (devido termos feito check-in mais cedo no hotel e é pago uma taxa por isso, o qual fizemos), fora que a todo momento nos fazia perguntas em um tom desconfiado, enfim, a situação foi muito estressante e desconfortável pois tínhamos passado por 10h de viagem de ônibus e só queríamos chegar, tomar um café e descansar, mas a postura deste senhor foi extremamente desnecessária. No mais, agradecemos a boa recepção.

A acomodação tem uma ótima localização, dá para fazer muitas coisas a pé, tem estacionamento próprio o que facilita bastante também. Apenas em relação a barulho que incomodou um pouco, mas sons da própria instalação. Num geral nossa estadia foi boa.

A estadia é boa para dormir, café da manhã sem muitas opções, todos os dias o mesmo cardápio. A recepção do hotel deixa a desejar. Temos elogio para o rapaz do café, muito cordial, simpático sempre cuidando da reposição das comidas e tratando bem os clientes. As camareiras simpáticas cumprimentavam quando passavam por nós. Pedimos toalha para piscina e chegou antes de nós. Gostamos do quarto atendeu as expectativas para a nossa família.
