The customer service was the absolute best I have ever been treated to. Professional and yet personal in all aspects from the Valet parking attendant to the front desk and the bar and lounge. Just top drawer!!!"

"Liked the location. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Parking is limited. After getting parked, we chose to walk or use a shuttle the duration of our stay. The concierge, Mary, did an awesome job lining up experiences and answering questions to help us get the most out of out time in Savannah. Thanks Mary!!"

"Amazing but the only problem I have is that you are charged to use the hotel transportation daily. Which I think is so unfair because I didn’t use it but I was charged for it. I debated it but still no results in the end because if you drive your own car, why would I need to use a hotel car, and they want to charge for the parking garage or valet parking which I didn’t use either . Those charges were removed. But not the daily $35 charge for hotel car."
