"I don’t know where to start, truly one of the very best we’ve ever stayed, and completely relaxed. The cabin was immaculate!! We enjoyed staying in for a couple days and went out to the wineries, shopped, and ate on Saturday . The book in the cabin was so helpful and full of information that made it so easy to navigate the towns and lakes around. Thank you again for such a lovely and welcoming place. We will definitely be back, your hard work and beautiful story about your sister shows through...

"This lake house was absolutely beautiful! The moment you walk in you are greeted with a fantastic view of the lake. The interior was so inviting and exactly like pictured and the fully stocked kitchen enabled us to create fantastic meals. The beds are so comfortable we slept great. The only request would be to add a second umbrella to the deck seating area for sun protection. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely consider a future stay!"

"The perfect place just 10 minutes outside of the village of Hammondsport, and all of the keuka lake wineries/breweries. The cabin was clean, and had pretty much everything you would need for your stay!"

"I stayed at this cabin with my husband and two teen children. It was perfect for us. It was peaceful, spotless, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host even left some treats to make us feel welcome. We loved using the hammock, lawn games, fire pit, outdoor shower, and exploring the creek on the property. "Very quite enjoyable visit. My husband wished there were more fish but we had a great bonfire, listened to a screech owl, fished, napped, and found this great apple cidery down the road heading toward Pen-Yann. Dogs loved the privacy as well!"

"The property was so beautiful! My boyfriend and I wanted to go hiking with our dog to get out of the city. This place was perfect and it was so nice with all of the fall leaves. We went to the wineries near by and were able to make a camp fire right next to our cabin. Everything was so clean and the cabin was the perfect size. We hope to go back in the spring or summer. "It was a great day, the property was just as described set on 90 acres well off the road. Sitting on the porch, you can see at least 10 varieties of birds and chipmunks and squirrels. It was peaceful, and a great way to get out of the hectic pace of life. The cabin was very clean And well stocked. The owner was very quick to respond and check-in was seamless. "Passing through we decided to stop in the finger lakes for a couple nights. We were able to bring our dog who absolutely loved the property. Mitch is a fantastic host, and his cabin is perfect! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It is also beautiful which I suspect was custom designed by the owner. His recommendations were great. I would also add that if you want a step up from a tavern, Park Inn had amazing food and wasn’t overly fancy."

"Overall, it was a nice stay at this cabin. Here are some things I think future renters should know. Propane fridge worked great. There is a small freezer too. Definitely off grid so plan accordingly. Propane lighting throws a lot of heat so you probably don't want to use them in the hotter months. Solar power is not always working. The one outside outhouse is shared by all campers. Both cabins on property are not cleaned or linens changed between guests. Our cabin had dirty floors and stove....

"Our stay at the Quiet Spot" was amazing. So many places to visit around the area. Surrounded by waterfalls and lakes, they give us an opportunity for pleasant drives. The house is wonderfully enchanted with trees set all around on a huge piece of land. Our hosts, Mindy and Steve have bird feeders and suet around the house for us to bird watch.
