"Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good. Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned. "

"First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. "We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"
