"First off, the instructions were unclear upon arrival. The number provided was not the right one. When we arrived, we were waiting outside with no other way to reach the host. The beach was neglected, inside the house had a broken vent, unsafe dishwasher, dirty sheets, vents were filthy, and more. After speaking with Vrbo, they finally got a hold of the host.
