"The room was spotless with the exception of a missing light bulb in the refrigerator. I brought it to the attention of the cleaning lady who directed me to contact maintenance. I continued to forget anytime I was near the room during daylight hours. Work kept us busy sun up to sun down. The hotel & staff made resting hassle free. The location is well lit, safe for vehicles & all room features are updated/ functioning as expected."

"The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not the problem. "

"We had a group of 24 (13 adults, 11 kids), and these 3 houses were perfect for us. Enough space to spread out when needed but also large enough shared space to all be together. The kids absolutely loved the pools; the pool heat worked even with the outside temperature in the 40s and 50s. The host was very responsive both before our stay and during. We weren’t given the WiFi passwords, for instance, but after sending them a message got them within the hour. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. If we’re all back in Austin, we’d 100% look to stay here again. "
