"The room was okay. Bathroom was tiny - horribly small for 4 people, let alone if you had 6. The room smelled upon entrance - we thought it was vomit, but they say the maintenance team had spilled some fluid from removing the mini fridge. Maintenance did show up and cleaned the entire floor, but it was not pleasant to walk into. Bad first impression. They mentioned a discount and then never mentioned it again!"

"Great location, everything was perfect. Only thing lacking with room 242 is the living room seating is not a couch, they are similar to outdoor day beds that are extremely stiff & small so there isn’t anywhere to relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom bed is also not very comfortable, but other than that everything was great if those two things were fixed we would rate this a 10/10 but will give a 7/10 due to uncomfortable seating and bed "

"Jeff was very helpful and responsive to all needs. The Coastal Cove property was amazing! Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and the best part, the beautiful beach! The hot tub was a big bonus as it was pretty chilly a few days of our trip. I would love to stay again! "

"The house was nice & the host was very timely with answers when I had questions & gave very thorough instructions on everything in the house, on the area & getting around, which was very appreciated. But it was still alittle confusing (probably just us) trying to actually drive up the lane to the house. We needed to ignore our gps at the end of the road & not turn but just go a few feet more to the very end, like you’re almost going to go off of the sea wall then turn down right in front of it & the house is down at the very end. It seems very tight between the sea wall & other cottages but we had room with our Chevy Impala to get thru, park & unload right in front of the place. Then we were able to back up & turned around in the neighboring drive to go out forward, like the host stated. Everything was clean & comfortable & luckily they provided a few heaters because there wasn’t a furnace & 2 of the 3 nights we were there the temp dropped way down & it was freezing. Also it was close to so much & if it hadn’t been so cold we could’ve walk a lot. We would definitely stay there again!"
