"We had an excellent experience at this location. Every member of staff we met was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There are a lot of homeless in the area and sometimes the parking lot seemed a little unsafe. I’m not sure what could be done to help with this, but we were approached in the parking lot and there was a homeless man laying on the hill outside of our window. Overall though a great stay, I just don’t think we will be returning to Asheville...

"The location is central to the attractions and was overall good. The pool was a great size and open 24 hours, breakfast was good, the coffee/tea area was open 24 hours and the staff was friendly. The AFIs include improving the lighting in the hallways and paying more attention to housekeeping as there were snacks leftover from the last guests and improving the smell of the room. "

"The hotel is very noisy. running water, showers (?) kept us safe up all night. Next morning, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage for breakfast. Allegedly, they did not receive their shipment. Only cold cereals…. Will no go back to La Quinta.."
