Come stay & overlook Downtown Blue Ridge! This elegant yet cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has all that is needed for a Blue Ridge adventure. Master bedroom features a king bed, polished master bath with large walk-in shower, double vanity & large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, attached bath with a shower/tub combo. Spacious open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen & relaxing living room area. Partial wrapped balcony offers full views of our quaint downtown with an electric grill & plenty of outdoor furniture. This condo has fiber optic internet with TV's in both bedrooms and living room for your enjoyment. Walk out the door to explore all the unique downtown shops/boutiques, fine eateries while enjoying local musicians some evenings. Or come to experience one of the many festivals Blue Ridge has to offer, check out the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce for upcoming events.

We sure enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we could've needed. Our hosts were so sweet and quickly answered the couple of questions I had. We loved being right downtown and I especially loved hearing the train every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Oh! Those mattresses were OERFECT. SO comfy!

The condo was in the perfect location and within walking distance of many downtown restaurants and shops. The condo had every amenity you could want, was very comfortable, clean, and the balcony was a great place to enjoy the street activity. Having private parking was a plus considering the downtown crowds. Kudos too for having updated technology. The host was also most helpful in helping us navigate a change in our schedule. Will definitely be back!

The condo was even more beautiful than described. Great location and very comfortable. Totally enjoyed staying here and hope to again. The host was very responsive in answering questions. Great location for downtown Blue Ridge. We did not visit winery. You will not be disappointed.

Great location and beautiful place

Could not give it a 5 because there were bees swarming on the deck. We were unable to sit out there and enjoy the view. Also the TV remote in living room did not work well. Everything else was outstanding.

Blue Ridge family weekend

The condo was so beautiful and decorated so well. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed to cook. It was within walking distance to everything so we did not have to fight traffic and parking! We had a wonderful time with our family and will definitely book this condo again in the future.

We booked this location to enjoy the BBQ Blues Festival with friends. We have attended for 6 years but first time in this unit and second time in this property. Upon arrival we were not able to use balcony due to a wasp nest. Both guest room TVs did not work, no soap for showers available and dirty washcloth left hanging in bathroom. The owner did respond promptly and walked us through setting up separate accounts for the TVs and removed the wasp nest after we killed the wasps. We were disappointed that we had to take time away from our plans to deal with these issues. Otherwise lovely condo and perfect location,We definitely fulfilled the owner’s motto and left it better than we found it.

Great Getaway

Very nice property, centrally located in downtown Blue Ridge. Easy to walk to most restaurants and shops. The host Nicole was very friendly, professional and responded to all my questions promptly! The whole family loved it and we would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.
