Set on over 100 private acres just one hour north of Dallas, this countryside estate was lovingly created by our family as a place to reconnect, recharge, and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. We’re honored to share it with guests who appreciate beauty, comfort, and time together in a peaceful, elevated setting.

Cross Creek Ranch blends rustic charm with thoughtful luxury. Whether you're attending a wedding nearby at The Grand Ivory or Bethel Rock, gathering with loved ones, or simply escaping the city for a breath of fresh air, this home invites you to slow down and savor every detail. Inside, you’ll find vaulted wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, and curated decor throughout. There are five private bedrooms with plush bedding and Tempurpedic mattresses, along with three spacious bathrooms — including a serene master suite with a soaking tub, sunset views, and two walk-in closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked and designed for gathering, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining space for 12. The main living area offers a cozy space for movie nights with a 77” Sony OLED TV, and each bedroom features its own TV for winding down. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, along with a peaceful, tucked-away office nook — ideal for guests who work remotely or simply need to check in between moments of rest.

Step outside to experience the true magic of Cross Creek. The home is surrounded by rolling pastures and expansive views of the Texas sky, offering some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. There are shaded loungers by the private pool, perfect for relaxing after a swim or enjoying a quiet afternoon. Just off the master bedroom, you’ll find a private porch with a swing overlooking the landscape — a peaceful spot for morning coffee, reading, or watching the sky change colors in the evening.

You’ll also have access to a stocked lake just a short walk from the house, perfect for fishing or kayaking (gear included). With so much open space, it's an ideal setting for bird watching, stargazing, and reconnecting with nature, far from the noise and stress of daily life.

We only open our calendar for a few select stays each month to ensure the home is always prepared and refreshed to the highest standard. Every visit is carefully readied with clean linens, stocked essentials, and thoughtful touches throughout — because we believe comfort is in the details.

Please note: this home is designed for rest and reconnection. We do not allow events or parties, and the maximum number of guests is 12. Pets are not permitted. This is a space we deeply care for, and we kindly ask that all guests treat it with the same love and respect that we do.

Optional early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (1 PM) are available for $200 each, upon request and pending availability. To ensure we maintain the highest standards, requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
