The entry level offers a King master bedroom with an attached bathroom, while the lower level offers a Queen bedroom with an attached bathroom. This was an amazing property - spacious and an amazing kitchen - loved the screened in porch and the fire pit area. Our son brought a friend and the lower level of the house was perfect for them with the common area with the tv and the game room - the hot tub was a big hit - We try and get to Blue Ridge a couple times a year and definitely want to visit Babbling Brook again

This is a rental and not a home. Broken toilet seats tv remotes that do not work patio door stuck shut that you can’t get out of. No one cares for this property and it showed.

We had a wonderful time at Babbling Brook. It was incredibly clean. The creek below the cabin was near the road, but it felt secluded as the road is very rarely traveled. The cabin itself was nicely decorated with a great kitchen and plenty of room for our big family - 2 adults and 4 kids from ages 9-14. The drive into Blue Ridge was about 10 min, mostly because we drove slowly through the winding narrow roads in the Mountain Tops development where the cabin is located. There is a cute little chapel a few hundred feet up the road from the cabin - it is free and open to visitors and is worth the short walk up the road to see it. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We would like to stay in this property every time we visit the Blue Ridge area.
