"We stayed in the three bedroom unit on the main floor of this beautifully renovated house. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics ( we made lasagne) including several options for making coffee. The backyard and adjacent bike/walk trail were perfect for dog walking, and we strolled to Sow’s Ear and Icki Sticki for yummy treats. The new king bed was very comfortable, and there are two desks with good chairs if you need to work during your stay. The washer and dryer were handy, and are shared...

"We came up for a college visit for the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Unfortunately we weren’t aware it was the first home football game of the season and all the hotels in the area were either booked or outrageously priced for the night. Stumbled upon The Little Village and it fit the bill perfectly. 35 minutes from Campus and in such a cute little town! Room was nice and clean. Simple amenities but just what you need for a quick night."

"We booked with the Little Village for a weekend getaway and when we arrived, we were surprised at the small size of the room and especially the size of the extremely small bathroom. The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the towels were plush. The small bar of soap did not serve well for two showers. Two bars were needed. It would have been nice to have access to an ice machine with ice bucket as well as a listing of local restaurants."

"Our stay on the property was amazing. The house was lovely, had tons of natural light and wonderfully decorated. We loved walking the trail and going through the library. We stayed in mid-May & the weather was moody, thankfully there were fun puzzles and games to occupy those rainy portions of the day. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage. The mattress in the master bedroom was firmer that what we are used to but wasn't uncomfortable. The experience overall is quite memorable,...
