The front desk agent who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming—he even recognized us on our way out, which really stood out and made the experience feel more personal. The room itself was standard but very clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. The pool was a bit dirty when we used it Saturday afternoon, but by the time we returned that evening to use the hot tub, it looked like someone had taken the time to clean it up, which we appreciated. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—nothing fancy, but definitely a nice perk to have included, along with parking. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Riverside! "
