"We arrived early (1:30 pm) and stopped to see if our rooms were ready and could go ahead and check-in. The rooms were not ready but the woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and friendly. We came back after our event (9:30ish) and there was another woman working the front desk who was equally friendly. One of our daughters is very outgoing and let her know that her "uncle (name)" would be arriving shortly as well. When he walked in the door she quietly shouted "it's uncle (name)!", the fact she sees countless people but remembered what our daughter had said later that night was very cool. Both staff members we interacted with her so, so great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and had plenty of space. The room was spotless and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and very large. The hotel is just a short drive away from campus and the perfect spot with being close but not too close. The area was quiet. If we have another reason to come to Bloomington this will be our number one pick place to stay. "

"The property was located in downtown Bloomington IN with plenty to do within walking distance. Very clean and nice hotel. "

"We stayed here during IU’s graduation due to other hotels being $700-800 a night, and would definitely stay here again. I am a diamond member with Marriott but due to price and location chose here. The facility was clean and newly renovated and the staff was very friendly. Walkable to the stadium and a short Uber if we needed it. "
