Flat Rock is the perfect place for your Bloomington stay! You'll love the hoosier charm & the spacious layout of this vibrant 3-story townhome. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, a grill, comfy beds, and a quaint patio. Plus, it's close to all that Btown has to offer. IU is just 4.2 miles away! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the south side of Bloomington, right next to Woolery Mill. Sleeping-2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 futon, and 1 queen air mattress. Pets are welcome!

This private townhome is perfect for IU games, weddings, events, or a getaway with friends or family. You'll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the red and white charm, along with a wooded backyard view. The location is ideal – a quiet neighborhood that's just a quick Uber ride to downtown and close to all that Bloomington has to offer, including local restaurants, bars, and shops.

The townhome features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 levels. The main level includes the living room, kitchen with open dining area, and a half bath. Downstairs, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed, a second living space with a double fold-down sofa and queen air mattress, and access to the garage. Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds, along with a front-loading washer and dryer.

We prioritize cleanliness and take great care in ensuring that our property is in top-notch condition for your arrival. You're also welcome to park up to 4-5 vehicles on the property. 1 garage space, 2 spots available in the main drive and 2 street parking spots.

For dining, we recommend local favorites like C3, Janko's, Malibu Grill, Farm, Social Cantina, Uptown Cafe, or Half Bottle Bistro. If you're craving pizza, Pizza X, Aver's Pizza, and Baldy's all deliver.
