"Firstly, the hosts were very responsive. That was not a problem. I rated the property low because the kitchen had issues and for me cooking is the primary reasons I stay at a VRBO - I eat healthy its difficult to eat out. The stove didn't work - apparently the prior guest stole the knobs and the replacement didn't work. I think they should've tested the new knob to make sure it worked but that apparently didn't happen. The host did send over a handyman but by the time it was fixed breakfast was...

"This was such a cute and cozy cottage! It was in a great and convenient area. We were in town for a wedding, we had plenty of space for our guests"

"We’ve stayed here several times and it is a perfect spot for us that is comfortable and quiet. It is close to our daughter’s home so we expect to use this home in the future!"

"This place was just okay. Had a couple issues in the bathrooms; we were able to deal with. The living area was very small. It is located on a pretty busy street; so quite a bit of road noise comes through the windows. It does have a very nice fenced in backyard for your pups."

"I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!"

"Great cabin-like feel for a studio with bed and kitchenette bathroom. Super clean, the two pups were super friendly and cute to see the goats and pigs. Only minutes from the speedway and very convenient to restaurants and groceries stores. Would stay there again if in the area and highly recommend to others."

"Our stay was great! The house worked perfectly for us. If i had to say anything the furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable and the queen mattress could be softer. And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs!"
