"Arrived a couple of hours early and our room wasn't ready(not unexpected). Our luggage was stored; car parked; and we were texted within an hour that room was ready. Hotel staff was friendly and provided local information as needed. "

We had a problem with getting our tv to work, we called the front desk and someone was up within minutes to get it fixed for us! Overall a great stay, only negative thing I can say was breakfast at the hotel restaurant was expensive. Would stay there again and recommend to a friend! "

That is what makes all the difference to me; I travel a lot and unhelpful staff at hotels is my pet peave. I’ll be a lifelong customer here (and we love popping in and out of Savannah!) as long as the quality stays this high! "
