"Thank you so much to these hosts. My family was in town during a very difficult time in our lives. These hosts provided us with a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to come back to and decompress. It was a short walk to several parks and other activities, plus the historical house were so neat to look at while we walked around the neighborhood. Bonus tip from the host about a farmers market on Saturdays with some of the best donuts ever!😊 100% will stay here again if we are back to the area. "

"I was very impressed with this rental. Everything was clean, well (and tastefully) furnished, and well-located. The ease of parking and the location are also some huge positives. The record player was also a nice touch. It’s rare that I get to dig for records on a trip and not have to wait until I get home to enjoy. A+!"

"We booked this place because we (two people) were working from home while visiting. The WiFi was enough for both of us to get all our work done, which was great. The space itself is fine. No razzle dazzle, but the Ms Pac Man machine ended up being a nice addition to our late nights. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, close proximity to restaurants and bars (definitely check out Central Park!)"

"It is a nice and small place, but very nice. The only drawback is that it needs cleaning. The entrance stairs are very dirty with cat hair and dust. The interior also needs cleaning."

"Everything is as shown in the photos. Very clean apartment. It had all the amenities we needed. Access to a laundry room, small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathtub, shower full bathroom. A nice living area and office. I would recommend for future guests, bring a face mask or, eye mask? For when you sleep. Whatever they call those things. This is no fault of anyone just the way the place was built the bedroom has a skylight in it. So the sun will wake you up in the early morning. The...

"We had zero issues with our stay, when we ran out of toilet paper the owner was quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen, clean sheets and towels, cute space. Would definitely book again."

"The owners of this property are very responsive. The neighborhood is nice, the unit is clean and does have nice extra touches. The reasons for a couple of non 5 ratings are: 1) some touch up is needed in the unit; 2) there is street parking with the provided daily stickers, but space is limited and can be hard to find; 3) while the beds were fine they might benefit from some box springs (even the half height ones).
