"This is the second time we've stayed at this property while visiting relatives in the Newburgh area, and both times we've had a pleasant stay. The accommodations are basic but more than adequate. Breakfast is not included which is fine with us because we're tired of the typical fare (eggs, sausage, waffles...) offered by other hotels anyway, It's also pet-friendly, without charging any exorbitant fee. Management might want to take a look at the air conditioning unit in our room (#122) - it was pretty loud. We'll definitely stay here again."

Please know that Dawn was so helpful to me as the hotel across the street wasn’t ideal for our stay. So many things wrong! I placed my reservation and called. Dawn kept me confident that this hotel would be great! It exceeded our expectation. Clean, friendly staff, rooms nice and exactly what we needed. Thank you to Dawn and the trainee Solo for making me feel comfortable to trust this would be a good fit. She is incredibly welcoming and helpful.
