    Welcome to The Blooming Point Beach House- a coastal retreat overlooking the tranquil waters of Tracadie Bay. This property offers an exceptional setting for guests seeking a peaceful seaside experience. With access to Tracadie Bay only a couple steps away, and located just minutes from the pristine shores of Blooming Point Beach, the home invites you to enjoy some of the island’s most beautiful natural surroundings.

    Inside, the cottage features a warm, refined aesthetic and a layout crafted for both relaxation and convenience. The main floor includes a well-appointed bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for guests who prefer ground-level accommodations. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level each offer queen beds and serene, inviting décor. The primary bedroom serves as a true sanctuary, complete with its own private deck offering sweeping views of Tracadie Bay- an idyllic spot for morning coffee or quiet evening reflection. Also on the upper level is a dedicated desk area, providing a functional space for remote work. The main floor also features a mini-split which offers A/C.

The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities needed to make us comfortable. The beds are super comfy! We loved the quiet road and water views and how close it is to the beach.     Lovely spot! We have had the pleasure of staying in this lovely seaside cottage now for 4 summers and truly love this quiet, peaceful retreat. The space is always comfortable, spotless, and cozy with all the amenities you want.The water views and incredible sunsets make this our favourite place to stay when visiting the island. It’s just a short bike ride to Blooming Point Beach and a quick drive into Charlottetown for amazing seafood and great pubs. Overall, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the island. Already looking forward to this year’s stay!

The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the view!! The place was perfect for our vacation. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. Just make sure you wear bug spray walking on the trail to the water. We called the property manager for one small thing and it was fixed before we even got home from a quick lunch and we never even saw them. Check in was super easy. Check out was even easier. We wanted to stay forever. Thank u

Beautiful spot right across from the bay, with path down to it as shown in the pics. Great sunsets. Lots of space. Reasonably central for day trips to various points of interest around much of PEI. Blooming Point Beach (very close) was excellent.

Beautiful idyllic peaceful place. We loved the setting. The sunsets were just breathtaking. Not being from Canada, we had no idea about the mosquitoes but a can of DEET soon fixed things.
