"I'll start by saying the receptionist was very kind, but unable to help. A mistake was made and i was given a smoking room, instead of nonsmoking. The breezeway and my room smelt terrible. The blankets, pillows, everything. So make sure to verify nonsmoking if you want it. The pictures isn't at all what my room looked like. The remodel must've been done by drunkin, blind man. "The property was very cute and actually being by the railroad tract was fun and different and the kids enjoyed it. I was worried about the noise from them but it didnt impact us. There was a plumbing issue (just the quirks of being on septic) but Kim was super responsive. We had a weddng near by and the location worked well for that. The immediate area doesnt offer much but a short drive into town and there's everything. Its definitely quiet except for the passing trains."
