"We came to stay in Ottumwa while my grandma was in Hospice. She had passed the first night of our stay and we had gotten all of the details done early. They allowed us to leave a day early. Because of this, we are now staying again for the Visitation/Funeral. The only issue we had was our drain was slow. We told the front desk staff and they were quick to fix the issue. Once it was fixed, it worked great! "

"Free parking lot out front. Very well preserved historical elements but great air conditioning and clean. Service was hit or miss as there is no dedicated desk position. Lots of noise from adjoining room due to thin door with large gap beneath. Would stay again."
