Das Haus liegt sehr schön, es wird zumindest im technischem sowie im Innenraum gepflegt.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, es wird zumindest im technischem sowie im Innenraum gepflegt. Für eine hervorragende Bewertung sollte künftig der Aussenzustand des Hauses verbessert werden. Es macht keinen super Eindruck, wenn teilweise die Fallrohre auf dem Boden liegen,anstatt in der Rinne befestigt zu sein. An dem grünen Belag am Dachkasten ist zu sehen, dass es schon länger so aussieht. Unter dem Carport sowie in einem Aussenabstellraum stehen erneuerungsbedürftige oder ungepflegte Grills und sonstige Gegenstände, die in einem Sommerurlaub genutzt werden könnten. Wenn diese besser aussehen würden.Warum in Winterzeiten Liegen usw. im Regen stehen, sollte auch mit dem Support geregelt werden.Aber insgesamt würden wir dieses Haus wieder mieten, denn unter dem Strich war es schön dort. Mal sehen, was die Stromabrechnung sagen wird.
