"We easily found a parking spot which is awesome. The room was clean enough. I was just hoping that there would be no carpet. :) but it’s clean enough. Ms Cathy who was in the front desk showed us one of the best customer relations. She was helpful and quite informative. The pool just needed cleaning cause a lot of kids played in the water. We love HAMPTON by hilton! :) "

"The two men at the check in desk could use some better customer relations skills. They were not very friendly, kind or welcoming. The grounds and Ms. Ana, however, were spectacular! A gorgeous piece of property, loved the gardens, chickens and the ambience!!!"

"This hotel was like a warm hug. The staff is so friendly it felt like staying with friends. This was the most unique hotel experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The accommodations were lovely and they have truly thought about the little details. I would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be going back again! "

"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative reviews, and we were pleasantly surprised. We were attending a wedding on Memorial Day weekend, so lodging options were limited. We will plan to return for a short vacation in the off-season. No complaints about experience. They are obviously working toward getting the property into shape. Everything takes time. "
