"Fathi at check in another gentleman at Concierge desk were quite helpful. Staff at the breakfast buffet need training both in food handling and guest services. Lady making Crepes was folding them by hand and got quite annoyed when I asked her to make another one without touching it with bare hands.at first she tried giving me a cold crepe which I refused. Room service delivered the food abd when we called them back to pick up the the tray, I was told to call guest services!"

"The hotel had very nice views of the sea. The staff were very helpful. However it was disappointing the pool was closed as it was not peak season despite the weather being quite hot. The hotel is not in central Algiers and is in a quiet area."
