Francesca and her mother, the owner, are charming and go over the top to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is very refreshing and has a million dollar view of the lake. The food is excellent."

There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"
