"We had a wonderful time at Les Closeaux! The kids played tennis and the pool was clean and warm. The area surrounding the gites was beautiful- we took several long walks. The meal we had in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! All five of us loved our meals! We also used the barbecue one night to cook out. The gite had everything we needed to prepare a meal. We had a great experience here!!"

"The two of us had a delightful stay at Le Petite Vigne. We were cycling town to town and there was a place to secure our bikes which we appreciated. The house is lovely, old and full of character. We were greeted by the hostess Stephanie (and a cat named Bolo) after letting ourselves in the front. She is the nicest, sweetest lady we met on our entire trip! "This was a very disappointing stay. First of all it was difficult to find(google maps takes you to an apartment block!) and if looking fir a golf course as in a previous review states, the nearest one is 3miled away! It is on a housing estate and an hours walk from Tours centre. The villa itself is beautiful. However the owner has little English and it is difficult to find him when you need him! We were not given a WiFi code and had to ask about parking and code to get back in at night. The bed...

"What an incredible coincidence! We stayed at this same hotel in the same room 8 years ago! Last time, the little bed in the corner wasn’t necessary for a couple, but this time we came with our 2 year old son who loved sleeping in his first real bed! The new indoor pool is a luxurious addition since our 2016 stay and this time we splurged for the in-room breakfast, which was so copious and delicious that we haven’t been hungry for the rest of the day!
